Jessica S.

Jessica S. is a seasoned economist currently serving as the Manager of Economic Analysis and Policy at the Association of American Railroads since April 2025. Prior to this role, Jessica S. worked at the Federal Housing Finance Agency from August 2016, progressing from Economist/Senior Economist to Supervisory Economist and ultimately to Associate Director. In these positions, Jessica S. provided strategic guidance to leadership, spearheaded agency initiatives, and led efforts on natural disaster risk management. Jessica S. holds a Ph.D. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley, and a Bachelor of Science in Economics from Tsinghua University.
