Kevin Bao

Kevin Bao is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in software development and technical advisory roles. Currently serving as a Technical Liaison/Advisor at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since November 2016, Kevin provides expert guidance to the Division of Enterprise Regulation. Previously, Kevin held the position of Supervisory IT Specialist at the Office of Financial Research, leading a team of Software Engineers in managing projects involving SharePoint, Dynamics CRM, and other technologies. Kevin's career also includes significant roles as Chief Technology Officer at QT Consulting Group, Sr. Manager of Applications Development at Time Warner Cable, Senior Software Engineer at SAIC, and Domino Consultant at IBM. Kevin is pursuing a Doctor's Degree in Machine Learning/AI at The George Washington University, building on an MS in Computer and Information Sciences and a BS in Computer Science.
