Lou Pham

Lou Pham is a seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in risk analysis and credit management. Currently serving as a Senior Risk Analyst at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since September 2021, Lou previously worked as a Senior Credit Specialist at NCUA and held roles at the US Small Business Administration focusing on credit risk management and as Director for the Working Capital Guarantee Program at the Export-Import Bank of the United States. Lou's career also includes experience as a Commercial Lending Officer at BB&T. Lou holds an MBA in Finance from Georgia State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Economics from Vanderbilt University.
