Toni Ross Harris

Toni Ross Harris is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in strategic planning and performance management, currently serving as Manager at the Federal Housing Finance Agency since December 2008. Previous roles include Assistant Director of the Budget Division at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security from July 2007 to December 2008 and Director of the Budget and Performance Integration Division at the General Services Administration from January 2006 to July 2007. Toni holds a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from Dillard University and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from Southern University and Agricultural and Mechanical College at Baton Rouge.
