Olga Durnovtseva

Olga Durnovtseva has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as an Associate in the M&A Department at RusHydro OAO since July 2010, where significant projects include the acquisition of a 90% stake in CJSC International Power Corporation. Prior roles include Associate at Inter RAO UES, where key accomplishments involved the acquisition of a major power plant in Kazakhstan, and Financial Analyst at Rosinter Restaurants, focusing on corporate financial modeling and M&A analysis. Olga began their career as an intern at IDS Scheer, contributing to strategic consulting initiatives. Olga holds a Specialist degree in Financial Management from the Higher School of Economics.
