Currently serving as Deputy Assistant Director / DCIO at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers, David has previously held pivotal roles such as Navy IT Cyber Enterprise Policy and Management Lead at the Office of the Chief of Naval Operations and Deputy CIO / CTO with U.S. Naval Forces Europe/Africa. With a background that includes program management, IT governance, and strategic planning for major defense acquisition programs, David's expertise also extends to logistics and operations management through a distinguished military career with the United States Marine Corps.
