James Saint-Leger, MBA, is a seasoned Human Resources professional with extensive experience across various organizations, including the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers as a Human Resources Specialist since January 2022, and previously as a Human Resources Business Partner for the City of Jacksonville from May 2018 to January 2022. With a foundational career in the United States Marine Corps, serving as Administrative Chief from March 2014 to April 2018 and earlier in similar roles at Combat Logistics Regiment 15 and Parris Island, SC, James has developed strong leadership and administrative skills. Academically, James holds two Master of Business Administration degrees, one focused on Human Resources Management from Brenau University and another from the University of Maryland Global Campus, along with a Bachelor of Science in Management Studies from the University of Maryland Global Campus.

The Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers (FLETC) serves as an interagency law enforcement training organization for more than 118 federal agencies or participating organizations. In addition, FLETC provides training and training resources to state, local, tribal, territorial, campus, and international law enforcement. As a Component of the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, FLETC’s mission is crucial for our Nation’s protection. Through strategic partnerships, FLETC prepares the federal law enforcement community to safeguard the American people, our homeland, and our values. The skillful, dedicated men and women at our four training delivery points in Artesia, New Mexico; Charleston, South Carolina; Cheltenham, Maryland, and Glynco, Georgia, ensure we are America’s resource for federal law enforcement training.
