Rick Terry, MAHRM, MAML, currently serves as an Instructional Systems Specialist at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Centers since November 2017. Previously, Rick worked as a Veterans Affairs Benefits Advisor at CACI International Inc from April 2013 to November 2017, where Rick coordinated instruction for over 4,100 transitioning Service members, Veterans, and their dependents regarding Veterans Affairs-related benefits. Rick's career includes significant experience in training management as a Unit Training Manager in the United States Air Force (April 2010 - September 2012), where contributions included designing training programs for over 3,000 employees and improving training capability by 91%. Earlier experience includes overseeing security programs and safety inspections as a Supervisor of Squadron Plans in the United States Air Force from 2008 to 2010. Rick holds multiple degrees, including a Master of Arts in Human Resources Management and Management & Leadership, a Bachelor's in Aeronautics, and an MBA in Business Administration and Management.
