Elnora Howard

Elnora Howard has over 40 years of experience in the transportation and accounting sectors. Since May 1982, Elnora has served as a Transportation Specialist at the Federal Maritime Commission. Prior to this role, Elnora worked as an Accounting Supervisor at Western Union from June 1970 to June 1979. Elnora holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Education from the University of the District of Columbia, which was completed between 1957 and 1964.
