John Allman

John "Rusty" Allman has extensive experience in both the legal and aviation fields. Currently serving on the District 14 Arbitration Panel for the Social Security Administration since January 2015, Allman also works as a Private Labor Arbitrator for the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since 2012. Additionally, Allman has managed Allman ADR, focusing on alternative dispute resolution in labor and employment since 1987. Prior to their legal career, Allman was a pilot for US Airways from 1988 to 2003 and held various leadership positions in the U.S. Navy, including Program Manager for the Commander Naval Air Forces Pacific and Executive Officer roles. Allman earned a Juris Doctor degree from Western State College of Law between 1984 and 1987.
