Martin Callaghan

Martin Callaghan has extensive experience in labor relations and union leadership, currently serving as a Commissioner at the Federal Mediation and Conciliation Service since December 2013. Prior to this role, Martin held the position of President at the Boston Pressmen's Union from May 1996 to December 2013. Martin began their career as a Newspaper Pressman at The Boston Globe, where employment lasted from 1978 to 1996. Academically, Martin earned a Bachelor of Arts in Labor Studies from UMass Boston between 2008 and 2012 and also completed the Trade Union Program at Harvard University in 1999.
