Dorothee vom Holtz is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in international law, policy, and bilateral cooperation. Currently serving as a Senior Policy Officer at the Bundesamt für Migration und Flüchtlinge since February 2023, Dorothee previously worked as a Research Associate at VISARIGHT and completed a legal clerkship across various judicial institutions in Bavaria. Dorothee gained further expertise as a Legal Trainee at the European Commission, focused on health and safety, and as a Research Assistant at Seven Summits Arbitration. Earlier internships with the Konrad Adenauer Stiftung's UN Liaison Office and the Rule of Law Program for Sub-Saharan Africa enriched Dorothee’s background in international legal frameworks.
