Jerry Bilse

Jerry Bilse, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in operations and management. Jerry most recently served as the Sr. Vice President of Operations and Engineering at Federal Package. Prior to that, they worked as the Plant Operations Manager at Brunk LLC, where they successfully turned around an underperforming plastics facility, significantly improving delivery performance and operational results. Jerry has also held positions such as VP Operations, Plant Manager, General Manager, COO, and Business Unit Manager at various companies, where they focused on raising performance levels in cost, safety, quality, and delivery. Jerry has a proven track record of leading operational turnarounds and working effectively with private equity firms. Jerry has also served as the Vice President of Operations at Illume Candles, where they led an operational turnaround and facilitated the company's dramatic growth. In addition to their industry experience, Jerry has also served as an Adjunct Assistant Professor at MN State University, teaching Project Management courses and advising on accreditation and new degree programs. Prior to that, they were the Plant Manager at USP Structural Connectors and the Director of Manufacturing and Engineering at Nystrom Building Products.

Jerry Bilse has a Master's degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Manufacturing Systems from the University of St. Thomas. Jerry also has a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology from the University of Wisconsin-Stout. Prior to their college education, Jerry attended Antigo High School. In addition to their formal education, Jerry has obtained various certifications including a Green Belt in Six Sigma from Aveda Business Solutions in 2009, a Lean Supply Stream certification from Lean Enterprise Institute in 2009, a Mini Masters in Lean Enterprise from the University of St. Thomas in 2009, and a Lean Practitioner certification in 2001.
