Jennifer Hay

Jennifer Hay, SPHR, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in the field of human resources. Jennifer has served as the Head of Human Resources at FPC International, Inc. since 2016, where they are responsible for all aspects of the corporate HR function. Prior to this, Jennifer worked at Pepperl+Fuchs as an HR Supervisor & Interim HR Director, where they played a key role in managing the employee life cycle. Jennifer also worked as a Human Resources Generalist at The Village at Marymount, where they successfully developed and executed various HR initiatives. Jennifer has experience in directing administration at Western Reserve Grace Church and working as a Human Resources Generalist at Pepperl+Fuchs Group. Jennifer began their career as a Human Resources Specialist at Ben Venue Laboratories and gained valuable experience as a Human Resources Intern at Hilton Hotels.

Jennifer Hay, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2008 to 2010. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Notre Dame College, obtained from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their education, Jennifer has received certifications including SPHR from HRCI in 2014 and SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
