Jennifer Hay, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, obtained a Masters of Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources Management from Indiana Wesleyan University from 2008 to 2010. Jennifer also holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Notre Dame College, obtained from 2001 to 2005. In addition to their education, Jennifer has received certifications including SPHR from HRCI in 2014 and SHRM-SCP from SHRM.
