Shawn Laird

Shawn Laird has a background in chemical operations with the US Army and has transitioned into roles involving technical support and media support. Currently, Shawn is working at Federal Protection, Inc. providing remote support for technicians and customers. Prior to this, Shawn worked at Ozarks Technical Community College as a media support specialist, where Shawn installed interactive displays, conducted troubleshooting on various devices, and supported events. Shawn holds an associate's degree in Network and System Administration/Administrator from Ozarks Technical Community College.
