Jeffrey Kreshek

Jeff Kreshek is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and academia. Currently serving as Senior Vice President and Western Region President at Federal Realty Investment Trust since June 2011, Kreshek has a strong background in leasing from a previous role as Principal at The CIM Group, where employment spanned from August 1999 to May 2011. In addition to industry leadership, Kreshek has been an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California since January 2004, sharing knowledge and expertise with students. Kreshek holds an MBA and a Master of Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, obtained between 1995 and 1997.
