Brent Meyer is an accomplished economist with extensive experience in economic research, analysis, and policy advisory roles. Currently serving as Assistant Vice President and Economist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since April 2013, Brent has previously held positions including Economist and Policy Advisor at the same institution. Prior experience includes a Visiting Professor role at Emory University, as well as various economist and analytical positions at the Federal Reserve Bank of Cleveland, where Brent was involved in economic modeling and research. Brent began his career as a Graduate Assistant at Bowling Green State University, supporting the economics department and teaching large undergraduate classes. Educated with a Master's degree in Economics from Bowling Green State University and a Bachelor's degree from Hillsdale College, Brent possesses a solid academic foundation in the field.
