Emily Mitchell has extensive experience in economic development and policy analysis, currently serving as the Director of the Regional Economic Information Network at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since November 2011. In this role, Emily directs the Nashville team in engaging with community and business leaders to gather qualitative economic information and co-leads the regional monetary policy input and reporting process that aids in shaping monetary policy decisions. Prior to this position, Emily held various roles at Enterprise Community Partners between November 2007 and November 2011, including Senior Analyst and Operations Manager. Emily holds a Master's degree in Urban and Regional Planning from Virginia Tech and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration and Management, Communications, and Spanish from The University of Alabama.
