Felicia Neal Daniel holds an MBA and multiple professional certifications, including CGFM, CPFO, and CTP. Currently serving as AVP of FM&P Accounting Services at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since January 2024, Felicia previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at the High Museum of Art from August 2021 to December 2023. Prior experience includes roles as Revenue Chief and Revenue Director for the City of Atlanta from January 2013 to July 2021. Educational qualifications comprise a Master's degree in Business Administration from Kennesaw State University, a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from Jackson State University, an Executive Education C-Suite Certificate from Emory University, a Certificate of Public Financial Management from Georgia State University, training from the GFOA Leadership Academy, and participation in the KPMG Executive Leadership Institute for Women.
