Misty Skedgell

Misty Skedgell has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over several decades. Misty began their career at Turner Broadcasting System in 1988, where they held various roles until 2000. Misty then joined TBS Superstation as the VP of Public Relations until 2003. Skedgell moved to Turner (Turner Broadcasting System, Inc) in 2003 and took on different roles within Corporate Communications, eventually becoming the SVP of Corporate Communications. Misty remained with the company until 2014. Skedgell then worked at SCAD Atlanta as the Executive Director of PR & Marketing for a brief period in 2016. Misty founded their own company, Skedgell Communications, in 2014 and operated as its Principal until 2017. Skedgell joined RentPath in 2017 as the Director of Communications until 2019. Misty is currently serving as the Vice President of Corporate Communications at the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta since July 2019.

Misty Skedgell earned their ABJ degree in Journalism from The University of Georgia, where they studied from 1984 to 1988.
