Tanya Das

Tanya Das has a diverse range of work experience in different industries. Tanya started their career in 2002 as a 5th Grade Instructor at Teach for America and later became a 7th Grade Instructor at KIPP Houston Public Schools in 2004. In 2006, they worked as a Product Analyst (MBA Internship) at The Hartford. Tanya joined Delta Air Lines in 2007 as a Finance Associate, where they played a key role in expanding the international network and managing budgets. In 2008, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta and held several positions, including Enterprise Risk Specialist, Business Consultant, and Director of Corporate Strategy. Throughout their career, Tanya demonstrated strong strategic planning and leadership skills, as well as expertise in risk management, process improvement, and project management.

Tanya Das has a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Yale School of Management. Tanya also holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance from Emory University - Goizueta Business School. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in Lean Six Sigma, including a Black Belt from the Georgia Institute of Technology in 2012 and a Green Belt in 2011.
