David Ruiz

David Ruiz is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in identity and access management, currently serving as the Lead Identity & Access Management Engineer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since March 2022. Prior to this role, David spent over a decade at the University of Connecticut, where contributions included managing the Identity Access Management team and advancing the NetID environment.
