Ella Steciuk

Ella Steciuk currently serves as a Senior Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston since June 2023. Previously, Ella worked as a Gregory S. Call Academic Intern at Amherst College, assisting Dr. Javier Corrales with research on contemporary Latin American politics and providing tutoring in Econometrics. Early experience includes a position at the University of Massachusetts Amherst as a Research Assistant in the Sustainable Economics & Policy Lab, where data cleaning and regression analysis were performed, along with organizing a database for meta-analysis on nature-based solutions. Ella also held the role of Gregory S. Call Research Fellow at Amherst College, focusing on the economic value of forest services and the policies affecting deforestation rates. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Mathematics from Amherst College, and current studies at The London School of Economics and Political Science for a Master of Science in Econometrics and Mathematical Economics.
