Lisa Griffin

Lisa Griffin joined Eastern Connecticut Savings Bank in 2004 and currently serves as president and CEO. Prior to her appointment as CEO, Griffin served as executive vice president and chief operating officer. Ms. Griffin has over 40 years of banking experience and has held leadership roles in retail banking, operations, and marketing. Lisa is chairman of the Greater Norwich Area Chamber of Commerce, as well as chairman of the chamber’s Leadership Development Program. In addition, she serves as vice president of Madonna Place, director of the Connecticut Bankers Association, and director of the Three Rivers Community College Foundation. She continues to serve on the American Savings Foundation Scholarship Committee and was a past president of the New England Financial Marketing Association.
