Alessandro Cocco

Alessandro Cocco is a Senior Policy Advisor at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. Alessandro is on Detail from the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, where Alessandro previously held the position of Vice President and Head of Financial Markets Group. Prior to that, Alessandro worked at J.P. Morgan as Managing Director and Associate General Counsel, Deutsche Bank as Vice President, and Allen & Overy in various legal roles. Alessandro holds a Master of Laws degree from New York University, as well as graduate and postgraduate degrees in English Legal Practice from The University of Law. Alessandro also obtained a postgraduate degree in International Law and Legal Studies from the University of East Anglia, and a Laurea in Giurisprudenza (Doctor of Law) from Sapienza Università di Roma.
