Angela Owens

Angela Owens, PMP, currently serves as a Facilities Coordinator at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since September 2022. Prior to this role, Angela held various positions in facility management, including Assistant Facilities Manager/Building Manager at JLL and Construction and Facilities Administrator at Portillo's. Angela's extensive experience includes roles as Project Manager and Associate Project Manager at JLL, Senior Coordinator and Scheduler at Nicor Gas, and Development Officer at the Illinois Housing Development Authority. Angela began the career as a Construction Coordinator at Nicor Gas and has held temporary coordination positions at the University of Chicago Medicine. Angela Owens holds a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University, a Master of Science in Urban and Regional Planning, and a Bachelor of Science in Geography, both from the University of Iowa.
