Bart Miller

Bart Miller, CFA, currently serves as a Liquidity Risk Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since January 2019, a role previously held at the same institution from 2001 to January 2015. Bart held the position of Managing Director of Liquidity & Funding Management at BMO Harris Bank from January 2015 to June 2018. Earlier career experience includes working as a Bank Examiner at the Federal Reserve Bank of Boston from 1996 to 2001 and in Futures Trading at Shearson Lehman Brothers from 1989 to 1991. Bart Miller holds a CFA designation from the CFA Institute, a Master’s degree in International Economics & Finance from Brandeis University, and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Goshen College.
