Celestin Ntemngwa

Celestin Ntemngwa, Ph.D., is a Senior Information Security Engineer at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, with prior experience in the same role at Federal Reserve Financial Services. Ntemngwa has served as a Cybersecurity Consultant and Mentor at a confidential organization and as a Senior Information Security Risk Analyst at Service Corporation International. In addition, Ntemngwa has worked as an Information Security Consultant at Tiro Security. Currently pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy in Science Education (Physics) at The University of Georgia, Ntemngwa also engages in academic studies at the University of Pennsylvania.
