Chad Devine

Chad Devine has extensive experience in technology and support, currently serving as the End User Engineering Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since 2006, where responsibilities include enhancing automation and administration for clients. Prior roles at the Federal Reserve Bank include team lead for client technical support and various positions in customer support and web applications development. Earlier positions include a Web and Applications Developer at the Federal Reserve Bank from 2003 to 2005, where Chad was responsible for ASP.NET and VBScript applications, and a Desktop Support Technician at Murphy Company Mechanical Contractors and Engineers from 2000 to 2001, focusing on helpdesk support and automation scripts. Chad holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems from DePaul University.
