Karolynn Horan is a seasoned data analytics professional with extensive experience in business intelligence and data visualization. Currently serving as a Senior Data Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since June 2023, Karolynn previously held roles at Charles Schwab as a Senior Business Intelligence Developer in various departments, where significant contributions included creating Tableau dashboards that enhanced decision-making for over 500 branch managers and supporting 1,000 risk professionals post-acquisition.
