Noel Rios

Noel Rios has extensive experience in technology and financial services, currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Financial Services & Technology Assurance at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago since July 2019, where responsibilities also include leading the IT team and conducting audits. Prior to this role, Noel held various positions at Northwestern University from May 2008 to June 2019, including Software Engineering Manager and Senior Web Application Developer. Noel's career began as an IT Specialist at GE Transportation and progressed through roles such as Web Developer at Peacock Engineering Company, LLC. Noel Rios holds a degree in Executive Leadership, Analytics & Product Management from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management, a Master's in Engineering Management from Northwestern University, and a Bachelor's in Information Systems from DePaul University.
