Suchi S. has a diverse work experience spanning various organizations and roles. Starting in 2021, they joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago as an Assistant Vice President - Community and Economic Development, and later served as the Interim Community Affairs Officer and is currently a Vice President in the Community Development Policy and Engagement department. Prior to that, Suchi worked as a Principal at Saxena Education Consulting, focusing on systems-level innovation and equity in education. Suchi also founded Mixer Education, a project they led from 2016 to 2020. Suchi started their career as a Summer Associate at Blue Ridge Foundation New York in 2004.

Suchi S. completed their education history with a Doctor of Education Leadership (Ed.L.D.) degree from Harvard Graduate School of Education in 2015. Prior to that, they pursued a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in Economic and Political Development from Columbia | SIPA in 2004.
