Tiffany Butler has a diverse work experience spanning multiple organizations. Tiffany started their career as a Receptionist/Licensing Analyst at the Illinois Department of Financial and Professional Regulation, where they managed customer service and conducted reviews of applications and tracked consumer complaints. Tiffany then worked as an Event Planning and Communications Assistant at The Civic Federation, where they collaborated with the Board of Directors and President of the organization, developed communications materials, and managed various events. Following that, Tiffany joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago, initially as a Public Affairs Outreach Coordinator, where they supported Money Smart Week campaigns and managed partner relations. Tiffany later became a Senior Outreach Program Representative, responsible for coordinating the bank's Money Smart Week program nationally. Tiffany then transitioned into managerial roles, serving as the Manager & Assistant Corporate Secretary for the Office of the Directors and Secretary of the Executive Committee, and later as the Assistant Vice President and Assistant Corporate Secretary, responsible for managing activities related to the Board of Directors and its Committees, as well as aligning the Executive Committee with the bank's strategic priorities. Most recently, Tiffany has assumed the role of Vice President Corporate Administration at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
Tiffany Butler completed their education with a Master of Science degree in Organizational Leadership from Dominican University, from the year 2008 until 2010. Prior to this, they received a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech Communication and Organizational Communication from Miami University, where they studied from 2003 to 2007.
