Timothy Costigan

Timothy Costigan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Timothy started their career as an intern at the Will County Auditor's Office in 2015. From there, they moved on to Sunny Hill Nursing Home of Will County, where they worked as a Financial Analyst from June 2015 to May 2016. Timothy later became the Director of Finance at the same organization, holding the position from June 2016 to September 2017. In 2017, Timothy joined the Will County Auditor's Office again, this time as an Information Technology Auditor, and remained in that role until May 2021. Most recently, in July 2022, they became the Lead IT Auditor at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.

Timothy Costigan holds a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics from the University of Iowa. In addition, they have obtained various certifications such as the Security Governance Specialist Superbadge from Trailhead by Salesforce in November 2022, the Certified SAFe® 5 Agilist from Scaled Agile, Inc. in August 2022, the Certified Information Security Manager® (CISM) and Certified Information Systems Auditor® (CISA) from ISACA in January 2022, the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in July 2021, and the Penetration Testing - Discovering Vulnerabilities certification from New York University in February 2021.
