Cynthia Orser is a Senior Systems Analyst at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, with experience in managing internal security and risk management processes. Cynthia is also a Franchise Owner at The NOW, where Cynthia brought the first LA Wellness Brand to the Houston area. With a background in project management and technical consulting, Cynthia has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas Tech University and an Executive Masters of Business Administration in Banking and Financial Institutions from Sam Houston State University.
