Joe Quiroga

Director at Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas

Joe Quiroga joined the Dallas Fed board in 2020. He served on the Dallas Fed’s San Antonio Branch Regional Bank Council from 2016 to 2018 and the Bank’s Community Depository Institutions Advisory Council from 2017 to 2019.

He is president of Texas National Bank and a member of the board of directors.

Prior to joining Texas National, Quiroga was a vice president at JPMorgan Chase with positions in commercial lending and private banking, managing global clients. Quiroga continued his career at Texas National, becoming a member of the board of directors in 2008 and the bank’s president in 2009.

Quiroga is current board chairman of the Boys & Girls Club of Edinburg and a board member of the VAMOS Scholarship Fund. He also served on the board of the Texas Bankers Association and is a former committee member on the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency’s Minority Depository Institutions Advisory Committee in Washington, D.C.

He received his bachelor’s degree in business administration from the University of Texas–Pan American.
