Melanie O'Neal

Melanie O'Neal is a seasoned professional in compliance and risk management with over a decade of experience at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, currently serving as Director of Compliance & Risk Management since November 2011. In this role, Melanie leads risk mitigation efforts and oversees the risk assessment process for banking supervision. Previously, as an Examiner in Safety and Soundness, Melanie assessed the financial health of banks and bank holding companies. Prior experience includes serving as a Financial Examiner with the Texas Department of Banking and holding positions in sales and appraisal management at Waddell & Reed and Central Bank of Boone County. Melanie holds an MBA and a BS in Business Administration from Columbia College, along with a diploma from the ABA Stonier Graduate School of Banking and a Wharton Leadership Program certificate.
