Sarah McMahon

Sarah McMahon is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in IT business operations and endpoint services, currently serving as Vice President and Head of IT Business Operations and Product Support at the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas since May 2010. Sarah has progressed through various leadership roles within the bank, including Vice President of EUS (End User Services) and System Solutions, and has extensive experience in software release management and quality assurance. Prior to this, Sarah worked at AT&T from 2004 to May 2010 in roles such as Release/Project Manager and Analyst, and began a career in technology as a Teaching/Research Assistant in Artificial Intelligence at the University of Texas at Dallas. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Leadership and Organizational Development from the Naveen Jindal School of Management at UT Dallas and a combined Bachelor's and Master's degree in Computer Science from the same institution.
