Silvia Siqueira

Silvia Siqueira is the AVP & OMWI Deputy Director at Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Prior to their current role, they were the Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer at Hilti North America from July 2010 to February 2021. In this role, they were responsible for leading Hilti North America's diversity and inclusion strategy. Silvia was also responsible for creating a more inclusive culture by identifying, creating, and implementing inclusive practices within the organization.

Siqueira has also worked for Capital One in the past.
