Cari Rodriguez

Cari Rodriguez, A-CSM, SP, holds a BS in Business Administration from The University of Kansas and has extensive experience in Scrum Master and project management roles. Currently serving as a Scrum Master at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since September 2019, Cari previously managed Scrum teams at Quest Diagnostics Health & Wellness from May 2017 to September 2019, where significant projects included a NIST security project and a conversion of subcontractors to per diem employees. Additionally, Cari's background includes managerial positions with a focus on client engagement, meeting services, and marketing strategies across various organizations, demonstrating a strong expertise in leadership, team motivation, and project delivery.
