Joel Gordon

Joel Gordon, MBA, is an experienced professional currently serving as a Scrum Master Associate at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since September 2021. Previously, Joel held various roles as Analyst Experienced and Analyst Associate within the same organization. Additionally, Joel is the producer and founder of Northland Big Band and co-founder and director of the Youth Saxophone Ensemble at Northland Symphony Orchestra. Joel also serves as a part-time adjunct faculty member in saxophone at MidAmerica Nazarene University. Previous positions include Kirksville Chapter Director at KLIFE Ministries and Certified Music Teacher at Platte County School District. Joel's educational background includes a Master's in Business Administration with a focus on Project Management from Park University, a Master of Arts in Education from Truman State University, and a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Truman State University.
