Rosalind Phillips

Rosalind Phillips is an experienced Senior Scrum Master Advanced at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since January 2019. Previously, Rosalind served as a Scrum Master and Senior Project Manager at GEHA, leading teams in website and mobile application development. Additional experience includes project management consulting roles at Apex Systems and Blue Line Associates, where Rosalind managed regulatory projects and implemented service management programs, respectively. Prior roles featured senior consulting and lead Scrum Master positions at various organizations, providing Agile coaching and program management oversight. Rosalind Phillips holds an MBA in Business Administration from Kaplan University and a Bachelor of Arts in Computer-Based Information Systems from Park University, along with various professional certifications.
