Benjamin Gappa

Benjamin Gappa is an accomplished professional with diverse experience in technology and quality assurance. Currently serving as Supervisor, Tech & Support II at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis since January 2022, Benjamin focuses on fostering teamwork within a DevOps environment. Prior roles include Business Systems Analyst III and Project Consultant at Robert Half, where Benjamin specialized in Software Quality Assurance. Earlier career experience includes positions as a Quality Assurance Engineer and GIS & Quality Control Engineer at Navico, as well as Off-Sale Tasting Manager at Able Seedhouse + Brewery, and various archaeological field technician roles. Benjamin holds a B.A. in Anthropology from DePaul University and a GIS Certificate from Penn State World Campus.
