Carina Lofgren

Carina Lofgren is a seasoned user experience researcher with extensive experience in human-centered design methodologies across various roles. Currently a Senior User Experience Researcher at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis since April 2021, Carina previously contributed to user experience projects at NCXT as an Experience Researcher and co-instructed UX research and design at the Flatiron School. Earlier experience includes a role as a UX Researcher and Designer at Horizontal Digital, where Carina led research initiatives for notable clients. Carina holds a Bachelor of Science in Environmental Studies and Media Studies from St. Olaf College, a User Experience Design Certification from Prime Digital Academy, and is pursuing an MBA at the University of Minnesota's Carlson School of Management.
