Marcus Mata

Marcus Mata has a diverse work experience spanning over three decades. Marcus currently serves as the Director of Operations and Support at the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis since April 2020. Prior to this, they held various roles at Target, starting as a Vendor Resource Coordinator in 2003 and progressing to become a Manager in Global Operations and then a Senior Manager in Global Service Delivery, where they provided strategic leadership for a team managing multiple Service Centers and BPO Operations across industries. Before joining Target, Marcus worked as a Marketing Manager at Metris Companies, where they managed outbound call center marketing efforts. Early in their career, Marcus spent several years in various positions at West Corporation, starting from a phone operator and progressing to roles such as Supervisor, Training, and Call Quality.

Marcus Mata earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and Government from The University of Texas at San Antonio.
