Yan Kumar

Yan Kumar has a comprehensive work experience spanning over 18 years. They began their career in 2004 as a Learning & Development Intern at Medtronic. In 2005, Yan joined the Federal Reserve Bank of Minneapolis as a Learning & Development Consultant and later transitioned to the role of Business Analyst in 2010. They progressively grew within the organization, taking on the position of Senior Business Analyst in 2016 and ultimately becoming the Lead Business Analyst in July 2022.

Yan Kumar has a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, which was obtained from 2002 to 2005. Prior to that, Yan Kumar also completed a Master of Arts degree in English and International Studies from China Foreign Affairs University from 1999 to 2002. Additionally, Yan Kumar has a Bachelor of Arts degree in English and International Studies from China Foreign Affairs University, obtained from 1995 to 1999.

Yan Kumar has also obtained several certifications, including being a Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner from Prosci, a Cornerstone Saba System Specialist from Cornerstone OnDemand, and a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) from Scrum Alliance. The specific dates of obtaining these certifications include 2023 for Prosci® Certified Change Practitioner, 2023 for Cornerstone Saba System Specialist (in June), and 2022 for Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) (in October).
