Alan Huang, CFA, FRM has extensive experience in the financial industry. Alan started their career at Bloomberg as a Manager in International Equity R&D, where they worked from 2000 to 2007. Following this, they joined Lehman Brothers as a VP in Mortgage-backed Securities Analytics for a brief period in 2007. Alan then moved to MetLife, where they served as the Manager of Applications Development, Investments from 2007 to 2013. Currently, Alan is working as a Principal Capital Markets Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia, starting in 2015.
Alan Huang has an MBA degree in Finance and Statistics from NYU Stern School of Business. Additionally, they hold an MS degree in Computer Science from the New Jersey Institute of Technology. Furthermore, Alan has obtained the Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) charterholder certification from the CFA Institute and the Financial Risk Manager (FRM) certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
