Elizabeth (Eli) R. Reilly joined the Bank as senior vice president and chief financial officer on March 1, 2021. Previously, Reilly was at the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau, where she had been chief financial officer since 2016 and was previously deputy chief financial officer. Prior to joining the CFPB, she worked at the U.S. Office of Management and Budget. Earlier in her career, she worked in Guinea, West Africa, for the U.S. Department of State and as a Peace Corps volunteer.
Reilly has an M.A. in law and diplomacy from Tufts University, with concentrations in international business, finance, and economics, and a B.A. in philosophy from Wesleyan University.
