Felicia Grand-Pierre

Felicia Grand-Pierre is a seasoned Project Manager and Business Analyst with extensive experience in information technology and project management across various organizations. Currently at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since September 2016, Felicia develops SharePoint and .NET solutions while enhancing project management processes using Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Previous roles include significant contributions at AmeriHealth Administrators, where Felicia led teams in requirements gathering, and at Aetna, where project management encompassed business analysis and process improvement.
