James Faust is an accomplished construction management professional with extensive experience spanning over four decades. Currently serving as a Practitioner Instructor at Penn State University since 2010 and as a Project Manager at the Federal Reserve Bank of Philadelphia since 2009, James also leads FaustFACT, LLC, providing consulting across all phases of construction projects. Previous roles include Director of Construction at Turner Construction for the World Trade Center 2 project, Vice President of Project Management at HSC Builders & Construction Managers, and Vice President of the Mid-Atlantic Division at Skanska USA Building Inc. With a strong foundation in project execution and management, James has successfully handled large-scale projects for esteemed clients, including Merck and Pfizer. James holds a Master's degree in Engineering/Industrial Management from the New Jersey Institute of Technology and a Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering with a focus on Construction Management from Penn State University.
